Giorgi Baratashvili | CEO

Mr. Baratashvili graduated from Tbilisi State University Faculty of International Law and International Relations in 2006 and obtained the Master Diploma in International Law. Mr. Baratashvili has 12 years employment history in Insurance field. Since 2004 he was employed by Insurance Company Aldagi as the Head of Corporate Clients Division. His career developed through the positions of Deputy Director of corporate sales (2006-2007) and the Director of corporate sales (2007-2009). Since 2009 Mr. Baratashvili was the Deputy CEO of Insurance Company Aldagi. His position was in charge of strategic management for corporate sales and corporate account management. Aldagi CEO since August, 2014.

Lasha Khakhutaishvili | CFO

Mr. Khakhutaishvili graduated Caucasus School of Business in 2009 with the bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. In 2013 Mr. Khakhutaishvili obtained diploma of Advanced Management Program for Senior Executives from Free University of Tbilisi. Mr. Khakhutaishvili has 8 years working experience in insurance industry. He has started his career in 2008 at JSC Insurance Company Aldagi BCI as a Financial Reporting Officer; in 2012 he was promoted to the position of the Head of Budgeting and Financial Controlling Division, from 2013 holding the position of Financial Manager covering Budgeting and Financial Controlling field and supervising Financial accounting Division and Settlement Unit. CFO since August, 2014.

Archil Macharadze | COO

Mr. Macharadze graduated Caucasus School of Business in 2005 with bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. Archil Macharadze has 9 years of employment history in financial industry. Mr. Macharadze has 6 years employment experience in insurance industry. Since 2009 Mr. Macharadze serves as the Head of Reporting, Operational Risks Management and Health Claims Optimization Division at JSC Insurance Company Aldagi covering strategic management function for several units: Reporting, Operational Risk Management and Health Claim Management and Analysis. COO since August, 2014.

Guram Mirzashvili | Director of Underwriting, Reinsurance and Actuarial Research

Mr. Mirzashvili graduated Moscow State University faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics with first-class honours degree in 1973. Mr. He is founder and the first President (from 1998 to 2006) of Association of Actuaries and Financial Analysts and Local representative of the Institute of Actuaries (Great Britain) in Georgia (from 1997). Mr. Mirzashvili has 18 years of working experience in Insurance Industry. Mr. Mirzashvili served as Chief Actuary /Deputy General Director at Aldagi BCI from July 2007 to December 2007 and at JSC Aldagi from January 2007 to July 2007. Since 2008 Mr. Mirzashvili was the Director of Actuarial Research and Personal Lines Underwriting, Chief Actuary of the Insurance Company Aldagi. Since August 2014 Director of Underwriting, Reinsurance and Actuarial Research.

David Ejibia | Director of Corporate Sales Department

Mr. Ejibia in 1997 graduated Tbilisi State University. Mr. Ejibia holds Bachelor degree in Production Economics and Management. Also, he obtained Bachelor degree in Marketing and Management from Moscow State University. Mr. Ejibia has 14 years working experience in the Insurance industry. In 2001 he started his career at Insurance Company Aldagi as a Client Relations Manager; in 2003 Mr. Ejibia was prompted to the position of Sales Manager. From 2005 he worked in the corporate sales department as a Sales Manager. Since 2007 he was in the position of Senior Corporate Account Manager and was in charge of management of the VIP and bog corporate accounts portfolio. CSD director since August, 2014.

Vakhtang Ebitashvili | Director of Property Claims Management and Subrogation Department

Mr. Ebitashvili in 1999 obtained the degree from Georgian State Security Academy, specializing in Law. In 2013 he graduated Advanced Management Program for Senior Executives from Free University of Tbilisi. From 2013 Mr. Ebitashvili is a member of Georgian Bar Association. Mr. Ebitashvili’s 9 years employment history in Insurance industry started in 2006 with joining JSC Insurance Company Aldagi as a Property Claims Manager; in 2007 he was promoted on the position of the Head of Property Claims Management and Subrogation Division. Director of Property Claims Management and Subrogation Department since August, 2014.

Tamar Chkadua | Director of Retail Sales Department

Ms. Chkadua in 2006 graduated from Tbilisi State University and holds Master degree in law. Ms. Chkadua has 9 years of work experience in the insurance field. In 2006 she started working at the insurance company Aldagi at Legal Division as Intern. In 2006-2008 her career developed through the positions of Assistant, Junior Account Manager, Account Manager and Senior Account Manager at Corporate Sales Department. In 2008 she was appointed on the position of Head of Sector. Since 2009 Ms. Chkadua was Head of NGO and SME Corporate Insurance Division. RSD director since August 2014.

Teona Kvitsiani | Director of Legal Department

Mrs. Kvitsiani received Magister degree in Law from Tbilisi State University in 2004. Mrs. Kvitsiani has 11 years of work experience as a lawyer in various fields, including  7  years of work experience in the insurance filed. In 2009 she started working at the insurance company Aldagi BCI at legal division as a lawyer. In August 2014 he was appointed on the position of the head of Legal Division. In  2015 due to structural reorganization Mrs. Kvitsiani  became a director of Legal Department of Insurance company Aldagi, which consists of legal, AML and InfoSec  divisions.
